Appointments after prior registration by phone

We ask for prior registration by phone in our consulting hours, because only in that way we can ensure to keep waiting time as short as possible. In case of an emergency you can of course visit us any time. Therefore we ask for your understanding if there may be delays despite careful scheduling.

As part of the current pandemic situation with Covid-19, we kindly ask you not to come directly into the practice if you experience symptoms of a respiratory infection, such as a

• cough,
• runny nose,
• sore throat and/or
• fever.

We have currently set up a separate area for infectious patients in the practice in order to comply with current hygiene regulations and to minimize the risk of infection.

At certain times in the morning there are smears for Covid-19 infections in these areas therefore, at the moment an appointment organization is particularly important.

Wearing a mouth protection in the practice is obligatory.

E-Mail

We have set up an e-mail address that you can use to make appointments, to request findings (blood sampling results, etc.), as well as to pre-order recipes and referrals. With this measure we want to relieve the telephone lines and improve the accessibility. Please note that we may need at least 3 working days to process e-mails.
